What is this? |
How does it work? |
Who can be my friend?
A
pen friend from China…

‘Hello’ - ‘Thank
you’ - ‘My name is Cindy – ‘I live in Britain’
Do
you want to have an overseas pen friend from far away—China?
Do you want to
learn differences between China and the UK?
Do you want to
visit China and stay with your pen friend one day?
The Mothers’
Bridge of Love (MBL), a registered charity based in London and
working for Chinese children all over the world, aims to bridge
the cultural differences between China and the West, between
birth culture and adoptive culture, between rich and poor.
One of our
projects is to help and keep the link between children in China
and the world, especially those originally from China. Simple
this might be, it is important to keep this link which could be
rewarding in their future.
In Nanjing, MBL has an event centre, a Children’s Palace that
provides courses of traditional and contemporary arts and skills
to local children. More than 20,000 pupils aged between five and
fifteen attending courses regularly every year.
